Refund Policy

QueryRev subscriptions are sold through Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle processes payments and refunds, and Paddle's buyer terms also apply: https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms

• A new subscription, monthly or annual, can be refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of the first payment.
• An annual renewal can be refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of the renewal charge.

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments for a period that has already started are not refunded in part, except where the law requires it or where our Terms of Service say otherwise, for example section 11 (a material feature you pay for is removed) or the Data Processing Addendum, where it applies (an objection to a new subprocessor).

An upgrade is charged pro rata for the rest of the current billing period. A downgrade takes effect at the next billing period, and the current period is not refunded.

If you have a signed order form with us, it governs refunds and replaces sections 2 to 4 where it says something different.

Write to business@queryrev.com from the email address of your account, and include the order or invoice number from your Paddle receipt. We answer within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Paddle, usually within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the law of your country, for example the 14-day right of withdrawal that consumers have in the EU, EEA and UK where it applies.
