Terms of Service
Effective date: October 5, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and STOA Global Corporation, a Delaware corporation with its business address at 169 Madison Ave STE 89775, New York, NY 10016, United States ("we", "us"), the provider of QueryRev AI ("QueryRev" or "the service"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use QueryRev for a company or for clients, you confirm that you may accept these terms for that company, and "you" includes it.
1. The service
QueryRev is a software service for organic search growth. It reads search and analytics data you connect, crawls websites you are authorised to have crawled, and produces reports, recommendations and decisions for your team. Features differ by plan and change over time as we improve the service.
2. Accounts and workspaces
- You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for your password and for everything done through your account. Tell us at once at business@queryrev.com if you think your account has been misused.
- A workspace belongs to the customer that created it. Its administrators decide who may join it and what each member may do.
- You must be at least 16 years old, and old enough to enter into a contract where you live.
- QueryRev is a service for businesses. You use it for your trade, business or profession, not as a consumer.
3. Your data
"Your data" means everything you or your workspace members put into QueryRev or connect to it: account details, the Google Search Console and Google Analytics data you connect, crawl data of your sites, and the content you create in the service.
- You own your data. We claim no ownership of it.
- Our licence to use it. You give us permission to host, copy, process and display your data only as needed to provide, secure and support the service for you, and as our Privacy Policy describes.
- Data from Google APIs. We use data received through Google APIs only to provide or improve the user-facing features you use, in line with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We never sell it and never use it for advertising. We never use it, or anything derived from it, in any form, including aggregated or anonymised, to develop, improve or train any AI or machine-learning model.
- Aggregated improvement data. We may create aggregated and de-identified information from (a) the operation of the service, such as the types of recommendations made and whether they were approved or applied, (b) crawl data of your sites, and (c) business data you connect other than data received from Google APIs ("Improvement Data"), and use it to develop and improve QueryRev, including its rules, evaluations and machine-learning models. Improvement Data does not identify you, your clients, your sites, your users or any individual, and we will not try to re-identify it. Improvement Data never includes data received from Google APIs or anything derived from it, such as outcomes measured with Search Console or Google Analytics data. A workspace administrator can opt the workspace out at any time by writing to business@queryrev.com; from then on, the workspace's data is not added to Improvement Data. Models already trained before the opt-out are not retrained. Where you act for clients, you are responsible for exercising this choice according to their instructions. If you have signed an agreement with us that excludes this use, that agreement applies.
- Data Processing Addendum. Where we process personal data on your behalf, as your processor or service provider, our Data Processing Addendum applies and forms part of these terms. It covers our processing instructions, security measures, subprocessors, security incident notice, international transfers and deletion. Until it is published on our website, ask for it at business@queryrev.com.
- Deletion. You can disconnect sources and delete their data in the product, as described in the Privacy Policy. When your subscription ends, we keep your data for 30 days so you can export it or come back, and then delete it.
4. Connecting accounts and crawling sites
- You may connect only Google accounts and properties you are allowed to use, and only for sites you own or are authorised to manage.
- Before QueryRev crawls a site, you must confirm that you own the site or are authorised to have it crawled. Your confirmation must be true, and you must be able to show the authorisation to us on reasonable request. We record who confirmed it and when.
- Our crawler, QueryRevBot, visits only public pages, identifies itself, obeys robots.txt and limits how fast it crawls. It never signs in or submits forms. Information for site owners is at https://app.queryrev.com/bot, and they can contact us at bot@queryrev.com.
- If the owner of a site objects to being crawled, we may stop crawling it at once, whatever your settings, and ask you for evidence of your authorisation.
- If you are an agency, before you connect a client's accounts or have its sites crawled, you must hold the client's written authorisation to connect its accounts, crawl its sites and show its data to the people you invite, and you must give us a copy on request. You are responsible for following your clients' instructions.
- Access to Google Search Console and Google Analytics is read-only. QueryRev does not change anything in your Google accounts.
5. Changes to your website
Some features propose changes to a website, such as a new title or an internal link. QueryRev never changes a website unless an integration you set up allows it and the change passes the approval rules of your workspace. Every change made through QueryRev is recorded with its before and after state. You remain responsible for your website and for approving changes to it.
6. Recommendations and AI
QueryRev's recommendations and decisions are produced from your data by rules and statistics and, in features that use them, by AI models. They are estimates, not guarantees. Search engines and AI assistants decide their own rankings and answers, and we cannot promise any ranking, traffic or revenue result. Revenue figures in QueryRev are labelled by kind (known, influenced, modeled or incremental), and only known revenue is a direct measurement. Use your own judgement before acting on a recommendation.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use QueryRev to crawl sites you are not authorised to crawl, give a false confirmation of ownership or authorisation, or get around a site's robots.txt, log-in, rate limits or other access controls;
- connect a Google account, property or other data source you are not authorised to use for the workspace concerned;
- use data obtained through Google APIs for advertising, credit or lending decisions, profiling of individuals, or to train or improve any AI or machine-learning model, or export or resell it;
- try to read data of another workspace, or get around workspace isolation, roles or plan limits;
- test, probe or break our security, except through a responsible disclosure to business@queryrev.com;
- overload the service, or use automated means to access it other than the features and interfaces we provide;
- copy, resell or rebuild the service, or reverse engineer it, except as the law allows;
- use the service to publish deceptive, unlawful or infringing content, or to change a website you are not authorised to change;
- use the service for anything unlawful, or to infringe anyone's rights, including privacy rights;
- upload malicious code, or content designed to make the service's AI features ignore their instructions or reveal other customers' data;
- use the service if you are located in, or act for a person in, a country or region under comprehensive US sanctions, or are on a US government restricted-party list.
Our Acceptable Use Policy gives more detail on these rules and forms part of these terms. Until it is published on our website, ask for it at business@queryrev.com. You are responsible for what the people you invite do in your workspaces.
We may suspend access that breaks these rules or puts the service, other customers or third parties at risk. Where we can, we will first give notice and a reasonable chance to fix the problem. We will tell you why, unless the law or an urgent security reason prevents it.
8. Plans, prices and payment
- Plans are priced by what QueryRev manages for you: the number of sites, managed URLs and client workspaces, as shown on our pricing page. We do not charge by AI usage, tokens or credits.
- If a free trial is offered, its length and conditions are shown at sign-up.
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through a reseller that acts as the merchant of record and is named at checkout. Its terms also apply to the payment. Prices are shown before tax; the merchant of record adds any tax due.
- If you go over your plan's capacity, we will tell you and ask you to choose a larger plan or reduce what is managed; we will not charge for extra capacity without your agreement.
- You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not refund partial billing periods, except as section 11 says, as our Refund Policy says, or where the law requires it.
- If a payment fails, you have a 14-day grace period to fix it. After that the workspace becomes read-only until payment is made. We do not delete your data because a payment failed; the 30-day deletion in section 3 applies only after your subscription is cancelled.
- We may change prices for the next billing period. We will tell you at least 30 days before a change affects you.
9. Our intellectual property
QueryRev, its software, design, models, evaluations and documentation belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you the right to use the service during your subscription; they do not transfer any ownership. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you. Improvement Data, and the models and evaluations we develop from it, belong to us; they do not contain your data in a form that identifies you.
10. Third-party services
QueryRev works with services of other companies, such as Google. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for them, and if one of them changes or stops its service, the related QueryRev features may change or stop too.
11. Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep QueryRev available and to fix problems quickly, but the service is provided without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or remove features. If we remove a material feature you are paying for, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel and receive a pro-rated refund for the unused period.
12. Ending the agreement
- You can stop using QueryRev and cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We may end these terms or suspend your account if you seriously or repeatedly break them, with notice where reasonable.
- When the agreement ends, your right to use the service ends. Section 3 describes what happens to your data. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as 3, 9, 13, 14, 15 and 16, continue.
13. Disclaimers
Except as these terms state, the service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be limited by contract.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows:
- neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, even if it was told they were possible; and
- each party's total liability under these terms is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim and 100 US dollars.
These limits do not apply to your payment obligations, to a breach of section 7, or to liability that cannot be limited by law.
15. Indemnity
You will defend us against claims by third parties that arise from your data, from sites or accounts you connected without the right to do so, or from your breach of section 7, and pay the resulting costs and damages a court awards or that you agree to in a settlement.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.
To the extent the law allows:
- each party waives its right to a trial by jury in any dispute about these terms or the service; and
- a claim about these terms or the service must be brought within one year after the events that gave rise to it, or it is barred.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above, and if a change is significant we will tell workspace administrators by email or in the product at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you keep using QueryRev after a change takes effect, the new terms apply.
18. General
- These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy and, where it applies, the Data Processing Addendum, are the whole agreement between us about the service, unless you have signed a separate agreement with us, which then takes precedence.
- If a part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
- If we do not enforce a right at once, we have not given it up.
- You may not transfer these terms without our written agreement. We may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with notice to you. Data received from Google APIs is transferred in such a transaction only with your explicit prior consent.
- Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
