Managed URLs
A managed URL is a page QueryRev looks after for you: the canonical, working HTML page of a site you connected. Copies and dead ends are not counted.

- The canonical version of a page
- that answers 200 with HTML and is not a soft 404
- and is indexable, or had search traffic in the last 90 days
Not counted
- Redirects
- Pages canonicalised to another URL
- Tracking-parameter variants
- Error pages and soft 404s
- PDFs, images and other non-HTML files
- Anything you exclude
A page that drew search traffic and then lost its indexing stays counted for 90 days: a noindex added by mistake is exactly what you need flagged. The count is taken once a day per site, and a workspace counts the sum of its sites.
No usage meter
The price follows what you manage, which you can plan for. It does not follow how hard the intelligence works, so nobody has to ration questions, explanations or checks to protect a budget.
What sets the price
Managed URLs, sites and client workspaces. Nothing else.
What never does
Tokens, AI credits, the number of questions you ask, or a share of your organic revenue.
If you outgrow a plan
We tell you, and you choose a larger plan or fewer managed URLs. Nothing is charged for extra capacity without your agreement.

How is QueryRev AI priced?
By what QueryRev manages for you: managed URLs, sites and client workspaces. There are 6 plans, from Core at $199 a month to Enterprise from $5,000 a month. A year paid at once costs ten months, so two months are free.
What counts as a managed URL?
The canonical, working HTML page of a site you connected, if it is indexable or had search traffic in the last 90 days. Redirects, duplicate and tracking-parameter versions, error pages, soft 404s, non-HTML files and anything you exclude are not counted.
Does QueryRev AI charge for tokens or AI credits?
No. Plans are never priced by tokens, AI credits or the number of questions you ask. The price depends only on managed URLs, sites and client workspaces, so using the intelligence more does not cost more.
What happens if I go over my plan?
We tell you, and you choose a larger plan or reduce what is managed. Nothing is charged for extra capacity without your agreement.
Which plan is for agencies?
Agency and Agency Pro. They are measured in client workspaces (10 and 25) and managed URLs (100,000 and 250,000), and include the client portal and white-label; Agency Pro puts white-label on your own domain. In-house teams use Core, Growth or Scale, which are measured in sites.
Does joining the waitlist cost anything?
No. Nothing is charged for joining the waitlist, and we write to you by email when your place comes up. The prices shown are before tax and may change.
