Decisions

SEO recommendations and prioritization Each recommendation with its evidence and a value range.

QueryRev AI turns search and business evidence into prioritised SEO recommendations: typed decisions, such as Update, Merge, Create or Protect. Each one carries its evidence, a modeled value range, its effort, its risk and its place in one prioritised queue. A decision is a structured object you approve, edit, assign or reject, never chat text.

A case, start to finish

A sample software company has five open jobs. Sorted by traffic, a glossary page with 10,000 visits a month comes first. Sorted by priority, which weighs value, evidence, effort and risk, a comparison page that does not exist yet moves to second place and the glossary page falls to last.

Value ranges are modeled from the site’s own conversion history and are labelled so. They are expectations; after the change, verification sets an estimated lift beside them.

What a decision is

Language explains a decision; it is not the decision. Every decision has the same fields, so it can be sorted, filtered, assigned, approved, checked against policy and verified afterwards.

  • A type from a fixed set

Update, Expand, Create, Merge, Protect, Internal Link, Technical, Conversion or Earn Citation, in five named families. A fixed set means a queue can be filtered by kind, and a policy can say which kinds need whose approval.

  • Evidence you can open

Search evidence, business evidence, technical state and history, each traced to the rows in Search Intelligence it came from. What can be computed from data is computed; QueryRev Intelligence explains it and drafts the change.

  • A value range, and what it costs

The expected value as a range with its kind, never a single guess, beside effort, risk and time to impact. Confidence is shown as product confidence only once it has been calibrated against verified outcomes.

In the loop

Decisions are the second step of the QueryRev AI platform. They read the page model that Search Intelligence keeps and the values that Revenue Intelligence puts on each page, and turn an opportunity or a risk into one object a person can act on.

Approving a decision does not change your website. It sends the proposed change to governed execution, where your policy decides whether it may be applied, who must approve it and whether the page is protected. Afterwards verification measures what the change did, and the result is set beside the range the decision promised.

QueryRev Intelligence, the decision layer, is built on frontier AI models from a major US provider, behind our own Decision Gateway. The gateway asks rules and statistics first, a model only where judgment is needed, and a person when the evidence is thin. Plans are priced by managed URLs, sites and client workspaces, so asking for more explanations never costs more.

Questions

What is an SEO decision engine?

An SEO decision engine turns search and business data into a prioritised list of specific actions, each with the evidence behind it and an estimate of its value. In QueryRev AI every action is a typed decision, such as Update, Merge or Protect, that a person approves, edits, assigns or rejects.

How is a decision different from a recommendation in an SEO report?

A recommendation is a sentence in a document. A decision is a structured object with a type, evidence, a value range, effort, risk, an owner and a lifecycle, so it can be prioritised against every other decision, approved, executed under policy and verified afterwards.

How are SEO decisions prioritised?

By what they are worth, not by how much traffic they touch. Priority weighs search opportunity, revenue potential, the strength of the evidence and the chance of success against effort and risk. A page with 600 visits a month can outrank one with 10,000 when its visits are worth far more.

Does an AI model make the decisions?

No single model does. Numbers are computed from your data, bounded questions are answered by rules and statistics, and QueryRev Intelligence explains the evidence and drafts the proposal. It is built on frontier AI models from a major US provider, behind our own Decision Gateway. A person approves every decision that needs approval.

What does the decision engine read?

Search Console and Google Analytics 4 data, a crawl of your site and the inventory of its managed pages, each with its history, and what Revenue Intelligence knows each page earns. A decision cites the figures it rests on, so every claim leads back to its source.
