Revenue Intelligence

SEO revenue attribution What organic search earns, with every number labelled.

Revenue Intelligence in QueryRev AI connects organic search to business value: revenue by page, by intent and by product, the revenue at risk and the value of each opportunity. Known, influenced, modeled and incremental revenue are four different things, and every figure carries its label, its source and its method.

A case, start to finish

A sample course provider earned $84,200 from organic search in 28 days. That is one of four figures on its screen, and they are not interchangeable. Choose a kind to see what it counts, where it comes from and what it must never be mistaken for.

The four kinds are never added together and never shown without their label. Where only Analytics 4 is connected, revenue is labelled GA4-reported, not known.

What it answers

A traffic report ranks pages by visits. Revenue Intelligence ranks them by what they earn, shows the families of pages that carry the business, and puts a labelled value on what could be lost or gained.

  • Revenue by page, intent and product

Organic revenue traced from the query to the landing page, the conversion and the order or closed deal, then summed by page, family of pages, intent and product. For a business that sells through leads, an open lead carries an expected value until it closes.

  • Revenue at risk and opportunity value

A page that earns and is slipping carries revenue at risk; a gap carries an opportunity value. Both are modeled and shown as ranges, and they are what puts a decision at the top of the queue.

  • The method on the page

Every figure names its attribution rule, its source and how sure it is. Exact transaction and CRM revenue is kept apart from modeled values, and QueryRev is never priced as a share of the revenue it reports.

In the loop

Revenue Intelligence gives the QueryRev AI platform its measure of success. Where business outcomes are available, traffic is not the final metric: a page is judged by what its visits are worth, and that judgment starts from the pages, queries and sessions Search Intelligence stores.

Its values feed the queue. A decision carries a modeled value range drawn from here, and after the change is applied under policy, verification estimates the lift above a modeled baseline. Only that estimated lift is ever called incremental.

AI search follows the same rule. Visits that arrive from an AI answer and can be seen in analytics are observed; visibility in an answer without a click is modeled, and shown as such. How each figure is computed is set out in the methodology. The terms are defined in the glossary.

What is SEO revenue attribution?

SEO revenue attribution connects revenue to the organic search visits that led to it: from the query to the landing page, the conversion and the order or closed deal. QueryRev AI reports it by page, intent and product, and labels each figure as known, influenced, modeled or incremental.

What is the difference between known, influenced, modeled and incremental revenue?

Known revenue is recorded in your store or CRM for journeys that began with organic search. Influenced revenue is where organic search took part but was not the last touch. Modeled revenue is an estimate, shown as a range. Incremental revenue is the estimated lift above a modeled baseline after a verified change.

Can I see organic search revenue for each page?

Yes, that is the centre of it: revenue by page, by family of pages, by intent and by product, with history. A page with few visits and high revenue is shown for what it is, and so is a page with heavy traffic that earns little.

What if revenue closes offline or weeks later?

Then a lead carries an expected value until it closes, labelled as modeled and shown as a range. When the deal closes in your CRM, the known figure replaces the estimate. If no closed revenue is available at all, you set what a conversion is worth, and every figure built on it stays labelled as modeled.

Where does Revenue Intelligence get its revenue?

From Google Analytics 4, for each landing page and day, labelled GA4-reported. With an order, payment or CRM source connected, revenue recorded there is labelled known, and a lead that has not closed carries a modeled value until it does.
