SEO platform for in-house teams A daily queue of decisions, prioritised by revenue.

QueryRev AI is an SEO and AI-search platform for in-house teams. It gives the SEO manager one queue of decisions each morning, ranked by business impact, where every decision carries its evidence, expected impact, risk and effort, passes through approval, and is verified after the change goes live.

Prioritisation

A list sorted by traffic sends the team to the busiest page. A list sorted by business impact sends it to the page where a change is worth the most. QueryRev orders the queue the second way, using the revenue each page is known to earn (see Revenue Intelligence).

  • Revenue beside every page

Revenue recorded in your store or CRM is known revenue and stands next to clicks and positions. Revenue that Google Analytics 4 reports is labelled GA4-reported until a revenue connector is attached. Nobody has to turn impressions into money by hand.

  • A range, not a promise

The expected impact of a decision is modeled from measured inputs, shown as a range and labelled as modeled. It is never added to revenue that has been counted.

  • More than one factor

Priority weighs the size of the search opportunity, revenue potential, the chance of success, the strength of the evidence, effort and risk. A small page that earns can outrank a busy one that does not.

Decision Detail

A decision is a typed object, not a paragraph of advice: a type such as Update, Merge or Protect, a target page, the evidence behind it, an expected impact, a risk and an effort. Language explains it; the object is what gets reviewed and approved.

  • Search Evidence

Queries, positions, clicks and what competitors changed, read from Search Console and the crawl of your own pages (Search Intelligence).

  • Revenue Evidence

What the page earns today and what is at stake if nothing is done, with the kind of each figure named beside it.

  • Page Evidence

What the crawler found on the page itself: its content, its structure, its links and its technical state.

Approval and execution

Nothing reaches your website outside policy. The policy you set decides which changes may run on their own and which wait for a person, and every material change is written to the Change Ledger with its state before and after (Governed Execution).

  • Approve, edit, assign, snooze or reject

The five things a manager does with a decision. A title change or a redirect can require an approver; an added internal link can be allowed to run.

  • Two ways to apply a change

Through a native integration with your CMS, or as a task a person completes. The decision, the ledger entry and the verification work the same either way.

  • Done means verified

After a change is live it is measured against what the page would have earned anyway. Only then is it recorded as a gain, as no effect or as a candidate for rollback (Verification).

In-house plans

In-house plans are priced by the sites and managed URLs QueryRev looks after, never by tokens or AI credits, so the team can ask as much as it needs. An agency that manages client sites has its own plans; every plan is on the pricing page.

SEO team FAQ

Short answers first. Ask anything else at business@queryrev.com.

What does QueryRev AI do for an in-house SEO team?

It turns search and business data into one prioritised queue of typed decisions. Each decision names the page, the action, the evidence, the expected impact, the risk and the effort. The team approves it, the change is applied under policy, and the result is verified.

What does the team connect first?

Search Console and Google Analytics 4, with read-only access, and the site, which QueryRevBot crawls. Those three give the queue its first evidence; a revenue source and your CMS add what each decision is worth and a way to apply it.

How does QueryRev prioritise SEO work?

By business impact first. Priority weighs the search opportunity, revenue potential, the chance of success, the strength of the evidence, effort and risk, so a page with few visits and real revenue can outrank a busy page that earns little. Estimates are ranges, labelled as modeled.

Does QueryRev change our website on its own?

Only inside the policy you set. The policy decides which kinds of change may run automatically and which need an approval, and every material change is written to the Change Ledger with its state before and after.

How do we know whether a change worked?

Each change is measured after it goes live against a modeled baseline: what the page would have earned anyway. The outcome is recorded as a verified gain, as no effect or as a candidate for rollback, and the lift is labelled incremental and shown as a range.

Which plan fits an in-house SEO team?

Core, Growth or Scale. Core holds 1 site and 5,000 managed URLs for $199 a month, Growth holds 3 sites and 25,000 managed URLs for $499, and Scale holds 10 sites and 100,000 managed URLs for $999.
